First Confirm the Grant Type
Permanent grants and SRD use different payment-date logic. For SRD, confirm the individual pay day shown on the status result. For permanent grants, use the published monthly schedule.
Check the Payment Channel
Confirm that the bank account, Postbank or other payment option is active and that no reversal or rejection is shown.
Allow for Banking Processing
A scheduled payment date and the time funds become visible can differ because of payment-channel processing. Do not give a PIN or OTP to anyone offering to trace the payment.
Escalate With the Right Information
When contacting support, have the grant type, month, status result and payment date ready. Do not post your ID number or bank details publicly.
